Platform User Agreement

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "you" or "your") and 88ef6 (the "Platform", "we", "us" or "our"), governing your access to and use of the website available at https://88ef6.cam and all associated services, content and features.

88ef6 operates as an online entertainment and information platform covering casino games, sports betting and related topics. By registering an account, accessing the platform or using any of its services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform. Continued access following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

To register and maintain an account on 88ef6, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be a minimum of 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction or the laws applicable in your country of residence, whichever is greater.
• You must be accessing the platform voluntarily and not under duress.

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual user is permitted to hold only one active account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, devices or IP addresses — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the cancellation of all associated accounts, forfeiture of any balances and potential referral to relevant authorities where fraud is suspected.

4.2 Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate information at the time of registration, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and contact number. Providing false or misleading information is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. The platform will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify the support team immediately at [email protected].

4.4 Account Currency

Account balances and transaction amounts are denominated in the currency selected at registration. Where Pakistani Rupees (PKR) are available as a supported currency, all amounts will be displayed in PKR. Currency conversion rates, where applicable, are determined by the operator and may include a spread.

By accessing the platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes and in strict compliance with these Terms. You acknowledge and accept that:

• All gambling and betting activities carry an inherent financial risk. The house maintains a statistical advantage in all casino games and sports markets.
• Past outcomes are not indicative of future results. No strategy, system or approach can guarantee consistent profitability.
• You participate entirely at your own risk and solely with funds you can afford to lose.

6.1 Deposit Conditions

• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

• Deposits may be subject to processing delays due to payment provider procedures, bank compliance checks or platform security reviews.

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and promotional credits are subject to the specific terms and conditions published at the time each promotion is offered. General bonus terms applicable across all promotions include the following:

7.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before any portion may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in each promotion's individual terms. As an illustrative example: a PKR 1,000 welcome bonus subject to a 30× wagering requirement requires PKR 30,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal eligibility is established. Not all game types contribute equally to wagering requirements.

7.2 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds that are not wagered within the stated validity period — typically 7 to 30 days from credit, as specified per promotion — will be forfeited automatically. The expiry date of any active bonus is visible within your account's bonus management section.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

The platform operates zero tolerance towards bonus abuse. This includes, without limitation: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; using low-risk or arbitrage betting strategies to complete wagering requirements; collusion with other users to exploit promotional offers; and any other conduct designed to obtain bonus value without genuine engagement with the platform's games and services. Where bonus abuse is identified, bonus funds will be forfeited and the account may be closed.

7.4 Illustrative Offer Examples

All bonus figures referenced on the 88ef6 platform — including the 100% Welcome Offer up to PKR 25,000, Sports Starter up to PKR 10,000, Cricket Weekend Offer up to PKR 15,000 and Crypto Offer up to PKR 20,000 — are illustrative examples only. Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions. Processing times, minimum and maximum amounts, and available methods are determined by the operator and payment providers and may change without prior notice.

• All outstanding wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before real-money funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• Withdrawals must be processed to a payment method in your own name. The platform may require proof of ownership before processing a withdrawal to any new payment method.

• Using the platform in connection with, or to facilitate, any money-laundering activity, terrorist financing or other financial crime.
• Sharing, selling, transferring or otherwise commercialising access to your 88ef6 account.
• Registering multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities.
• Engaging in any activity that the platform, in its reasonable discretion, determines to be harmful to other users, the integrity of the platform or the general reputation of the industry.

The platform operates Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures in accordance with applicable standards. All users may be required to complete identity verification before depositing, withdrawing or accessing certain platform features.

10.1 Required Documentation

Verification documents may include, but are not limited to:

• A valid, government-issued photo identification document — for Pakistani users, this is typically a CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or a valid passport.
• Proof of residential address, such as a recent utility bill, bank statement or government-issued correspondence dated within the past 90 days.
• Proof of payment method ownership, such as a screenshot or statement from the registered Easypaisa, JazzCash or bank account used for transactions.
• A selfie or liveness check image to confirm the document belongs to the account holder.

10.2 Source of Funds

The platform reserves the right to request evidence of source of funds or source of wealth where the volume or nature of transactions gives rise to reasonable concern. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account restriction or closure and, where required by applicable law, reporting to relevant authorities.

All content on the 88ef6 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, page layouts and software, is the property of 88ef6 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any platform content without prior written consent from 88ef6.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 88ef6 and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage or system failure.
• Any gambling losses incurred through the use of the platform.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials.
• Any interruption, suspension or termination of services resulting from technical issues, maintenance or factors outside the platform's reasonable control.
• The accuracy, completeness or currency of any information, odds data or content published on the platform for informational purposes.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

13.1 Termination by the Platform

88ef6 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any user account — with or without prior notice — in circumstances including but not limited to: material breach of these Terms; provision of false information; engagement in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 9; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe; or where required by applicable law or regulatory direction.

13.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request account closure at any time by contacting the support team. Where an account is closed voluntarily and no breach of these Terms has occurred, your real-money balance will be returned to you subject to applicable verification and withdrawal processing requirements. Bonus funds may be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

13.3 Self-Exclusion

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the platform operator is registered, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in this clause shall be construed as conferring any particular legal status on the platform in Pakistan or as constituting a representation that the platform's services are lawful in any particular jurisdiction, including Pakistan. Users in Pakistan are reminded that local law — including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 — may restrict or prohibit participation.

88ef6 reserves the right to amend, modify or update these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, reasonable notice will be provided via the platform — typically through a notification displayed upon login or by email to the registered account address. The date of the most recent revision will be updated accordingly on this page.

Your continued use of the platform following the publication of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 13.
